looking to make a positive change in their life, but may not yet desire a 1:1 coaching engagement. Participants will join Sylvia High and special guest coaches for a series of weekly, 60-120 minute virtual workshops.

SUPERCHARGE

April 27-28, 2024 (Saturday & Sunday)

Supercharge is a two-day immersive experience for only 10 people seeking to leap forward, at radical pace, to shift from impossible to I Am Possible.

Workshop topics focus on a range of self-development skills such as improving relationships, career boosting, or to simply live a more fulfilling life.

Participants interact with Sylvia High,  guest coaches and other participants through dyads [partnered activities], small and large group discussions, meditations, 1:1 coaching, and journaling exercises.

All workshops are virtual, intimate, safe spaces for you to grow, share and connect with other people who are seeking the elevate, too.
