Supercharge is a two-day immersive experience for only 10 people seeking to leap forward, at radical pace, to shift from impossible to I Am Possible.
Workshop topics focus on a range of self-development skills such as improving relationships, career boosting, or to simply live a more fulfilling life.
Participants interact with Sylvia High, guest coaches and other participants through dyads [partnered activities], small and large group discussions, meditations, 1:1 coaching, and journaling exercises.
All workshops are virtual, intimate, safe spaces for you to grow, share and connect with other people who are seeking the elevate, too.
